Payments made through the iOS application are processed by Apple Inc. ("Apple") and are governed by Apple's in‑app purchase terms. Klipcue, Inc. is solely responsible for the content and Service; Apple is not a sponsor and is not responsible for any claims related to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
